how long will it take to get my order?
Due to peak season, please allow 1-4 business days for despatch from our fulfillment teams. Tracking from each of our warehouse locations will be sent as soon as despatched.
We'll be doing our best to send out a huge amount of orders daily.
can I use more than one discount code during this event?
Our Black Friday Sale offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
what's your returns policy for sale items?
Items marked 'Final Sale' are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
if my final sale item doesn't fit, can I return it for a refund?
Unfortunately not. If something is marked 'final sale' it cannot be returned unless faulty.
For incorrect sizing or garments that cannot be returned, we encourage you to join our Peer to Peer Marketplace and list your items to sell.
can I exchange a sale item?
We do not offer exchanges for our sale styles as stock is limited.
if I make a mistake on my order, can I change it?
We are stoked to say we can now offer up to 30 minutes after placing your order to make any changes. This could include adding additional items and updating an incorrect delivery address.
