Our good friend, Fi Duncan of Wahine of Waves, is one of those kind and generous souls living a life dedicated to wellness, action sport and play. An ex-professional New Zealand snowboarder competing on the world stage throughout her career, Fi has now settled in Lennox Head, Australia, having completed her instructor certification with PoleStar Pilates International in 2013.
7 months pregnant and still charging in the surf (most recently on surf mats), Fi filmed this clip with the help of Murray Johnston for any surfing mums-to-be wanting to stay and feel fit through their pregnancy. For more on pilates with Fi click here.
